Product Structure

Advanced four-layer composite design for maximum protection and durability

Floor protection board is manufactured through extrusion composite process, typically consisting of a four-layer structure. The PP honeycomb board has three layers — upper skin, lower skin, and core layer. A non-woven fabric layer is thermally bonded to the PP honeycomb board. The non-woven fabric faces the ground for surface protection, while the upper skin features a coarse matte finish for anti-slip performance.
